Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going through a jury trial and possible appeal of the case. Our firm provides a full range of dispute resolution processes, including mini-trials, moderated settlement conferences, summary jury trials, mediation and arbitration. We have extensive experience in determining what form of ADR is in the best interest of our clients. Our attorneys are trained in both mediation and arbitration.
