Philip M. Hall

Philip Hall is Board Certified through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law.

Bringing more than 40 years of legal experience to the firm, Philip was among the first members of the State Bar of Texas to be Board Certified in 1986.

Prior work experience at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and in real estate and banking provided the foundation from which Philip grew his legal career. He has also been a speaker, author and planning member of various oil, gas and mineral law seminars sponsored by the UT School of Law, State Bar of Texas and other energy related organizations and professional associations.

He currently focuses his practice on oil and gas transactions and title matters.
