Marshall Swanson


Marshall primarily practices Maritime Law and General Litigation.

Marshall represents ship owners, agents, charterers, maritime employers and contractors in all areas of maritime torts and contractual disputes. He works on cases involving personal injuries, cargo claims, environmental pollution, property damage, stowaways, charter disputes, and other matters involving maritime commerce.

Marshall also practices general litigation on behalf of business entities, including those in the construction industry. He assists clients on matters involving contractual disputes, personal injury defense, professional liability, and insurance coverage issues. Marshall also assists business owners in registering service marks, trademarks, and copyrights for their growing businesses.

Marshall also represents individual clients in the area of Wills and Estates litigation.
