Joe is a Corpus Christi native who brings a wealth of legal experience to the firm.

Joe has practiced law for 65 years entirely in Nueces county, consisting primarily of litigation, real estate, and oil & gas. He has recently begun focusing on Eminent Domain.

Joe also served as judge of Nueces County Court-at-Law No. 2 from 1967-1970, where he presided over the condemnation of Bayfront Park.
