Craig Smith is Board Certified through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Health Law.

He primarily represents physicians, physician practice groups, free-standing emergency centers, hospitals, and other types of health care providers, including mid-level providers, DME suppliers, diagnostic imaging centers, surgical centers, and dialysis providers.

Craig advises clients on health law and business law matters, including regulatory compliance matters involving the federal Stark law and anti-kickback statute; health care joint ventures involving physicians; sales, mergers and acquisitions of health care providers; Medicare and Medicaid program compliance; physician employment and non-compete matters; and business entity formation and governance matters.
