Partner
Bruce S. Hawn is a founding partner of Welder Leshin LLP.
Bruce primarily practices Real Estate, Oil and Gas Law and Eminent Domain. He also practices Business and Finance, Litigation, and Energy Law.
Bruce has negotiated hundreds of pipeline easements, as well as, numerous contracts involving the purchase and sale of real property and the purchase and sale of real estate for governmental entities. He also conducts title examinations and consults on oil and gas issues in real estate transactions.
With extensive experience managing varied businesses and foundations, Bruce brings a strong background in finance and government to his legal work.
